A Google search seems to suggest there's an on/off setting somewhere, but I'm unable to locate it. The margin settings are greyed out in Windows which points back to the printer. I'm trying to print thank you cards and the design needs to at least come close to the edge of the page. As it is, the top has a .5" border and the bottom a .75" border.

Likely you will only see cyan and yellow, confirming the cartridge is the issue. You could try the following, it may recover magenta printing: get a teacup and put 1" of very hot (but not boiling) water in it. Take the color cartridge and put it nozzles down (in the same orientation they would be in the printer) in the water.
If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo. Type printui.exe /s and click OK. Click on Drivers tab. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
